Rich Franklin is one of the top fighters in the MMA field. Much of this is thanks to the intensity of his workouts. He uses strong workouts to make it easier for him to keep himself as active and functional as possible for any kind of workout plans he wants to use. Much of this is thanks in particular to what he does.
The Rich Franklin workout is notable for how it doesn’t have any breaks in between. It works for about forty-five to six minutes on average without any breaks between exercises. This is done under the guidance of strength and conditioning coach and former Marine Mike Ferguson, one of the MMA field’s top trainers.
The intention of this workout appears to be to keep the body active and more likely to move as quickly as possible through all sorts of exercises. These exercises are made to be tough to handle at times but they have to be used well enough with the right movements and speeds to keep it working well for anyone who wants to stay active and functional in any workout.
The circuit specifically works with a 10×10 plan. This means that ten repetitions are to be used at ten different exercise stations.

One specific part of the plan is that the weight total and the number of repetitions will change on each machine in each cycle.
